Our mission is to provide a platform for physician offices and other healthcare facilities to align their shifts with qualified technicians who are looking for short-term, temporary positions. Imagine being able to fill shifts for last minute call-outs, PTO or increased patient volumes. Our platform provides technicians with the flexibility to manage their schedules and facilities the resources to maintain an adaptive workforce.

WerkWeek was started to tackle the challenges of the legacy recruit and hire staffing model. We set out to create a platform where technicians could find flexibility in their work schedule and providers could find the right support team at the right time and in the right place.
